Plans For The Week (3)

I was smiling yesterday,I am smiling today and I will smile tomorrow.Simply because life is too short to cry for anything.
It's that time of the week again...for taking note of my activities.
Here are my plans for the week listed below.
1. Continue with work outs.
2. Use my free time to sort out emails, home & errands.
3. Read a new book and or article.
4. Sit for 5 minutes daily and reflect.
5. Continue work on a personal project/research.
6. Contact those who can help me to attain my goals.
7. Be happy
