What I'm Reading Right Now (6)

Quote of the day:
I read; I travel; I become. -Derek Walcott

My very first book for the month of June is by Crotian author Natasa Dragnic and titled 'Every day, every hour'.

Its a story about two young people with a bond who become inseparable from a young age. And over the years they wander off to separate places only for a chance encounter to bring them back together.

So what books are you reading at the moment?

  6. Hello. Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving a note. I love new visitors. I see you are a peruser of deviant art too. Love that place. I've gotten some of my covers from artists there, and 'met' the gentleman that disigned my Black Lake and several of my SF covers. Hope to see you back. Cheers -Mac

  7. Hey dude,

    I'm reading "My First Bark" by Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar! It's all about her "pawceptions" of humans during her time as a puppy.

    Kind regards,

    Gary

  9. Sounds interesting. I will check it out...thank you.

    I just finished reading the true story/adventure..."Wake of the Green Storm" by Marlin Bree...truly a spellbinding story of his adventure on his wooden sailboat on Lake Superior in July of 1999, when the "storm of the century" hit!!! Winds were clocked at 100 miles per hour!!! Did I mention that Marlin Bree was alone in that chaos??? Terrifyingly real to me while sitting in the safety of my living room :}

  12. Your June pick reminds me of the Persian folklore about Majnu and Laila. I just might add it to my growing summer reads.
    I rarely read one book at a time. These are the books I am reading right now;
    Growing up social by Gary Chapman and Arlene Pellicane : This book is about raising relational kids in a screen driven world.
    In His keeping by Maya Banks: This is the 2nd book in the slow burn series. This is romance with a touch of telekinetic powers
    My name is Memory by Ann Brashares: This is a story about reincarnation.
