Plans For The Week (11)

The month's ending greatly and hope your goals are coming along nicely. Its that time of the week to renew plans, and here are a few of mine.


1. Meditate & reflect daily.
2. Be thankful always no matter the situation.
3. Workout twice weekly.
4. De-clutter my work space.
5. Help someone in need.
6. Go for a walk.
7. Sleep by 11pm.
8. Keep dreaming big.

And those are some of my plans, have you made yours yet? Do have a wonderful and eventful week!

  2. Sleep by 11pm....yes that would be a healthy habit to adopt and then I can work on going earlier at 10:30pm. That would be ideal for me. Have a great week, Blogoratti!

  24. This could easily be my plans for the week list... so do you usually manage to do all of this? In the end I never manage to meditate but then I go for several walks insteas, which is a little bit like meditation too, right :)?!

  36. I need to expand my list of dailies. I'd love to add the meditation. Does staring out the window for an hour at the world outside count as meditation? And I like the helping someone in need. I tend to hibernate. That would be an excellent daily to add.

  39. this quote about forgiving-- i try to forgive, and yet I carry the burden of still not gettiing over some people's actions. So maybe i haven't completely forgiven.

    I really love this quote. I am going to meditate on it.
