Plans For The Week (28)

Quote of the day:
The most glorious moments in your life are not the so-called days of success, but rather those days when out of dejection and despair you feel rise in you a challenge to life, and the promise of future accomplishments. -Gustave Flaubert

Time, how precious a resource. The one thing we seek the most, yet put to use poorly. I'm guilty of this -a lot less than I used to be. I prioritize, and estimate things. You could say I have a certain pattern, a way of getting things done. It helps keep disorder at bay, like a surge barrier protecting against flooding. Time is indeed valuable.

Here are some of my plans for week, keeping in mind that time is of essence.

1. Do three early morning workouts.
2. Prepare for a mid week interview and business meeting.
3. Prioritize pending tasks and goals.
4. Clean up my email boxes.
5. Read a new book.
6. Remember that not all can get done, and not overstress myself.
7. Sleep by 11pm daily.
8. Find time for stillness, reflection.
9. Dream big.

Best wishes in the new week, have you made your plans yet?

Peace & Serenity.

  4. I really like 2 things in your list this week. Clean up your email boxes-I could use doing that! And also to remember I can't do everything. That's what last week's biggest challenge was. I am going to make that my one and only goal for this week! Hope its a good one!

  8. Number 6 is my favorite. People stress over what they can't do way too often.

  19. I have been working on goals as well the past several weeks: watching food intake, exercising at least 30 min. daily, walking as much as possible, getting to bed by 10:30 pm at the latest, reading my first mystery by author Peter Lovsey.
