Plans For The Week #46
Quote of the day:
The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery. -Anais Nin
To be curious is to seek a rewarding life where answers are sought to both new and past questions. This spurs a wave of thinking driven by the pursuit of knowledge that transcends the present, awakening the mind to activity, where thoughts take on a life of their own, and new quests appear on the horizon. To be curious is to be free, shedding the obscure for the apparent, and increasing the ability to experience life to its fullest. We can learn a lot from kids, each day is filled with excitement, and a curious and open mind.
Here are my plans for the week.
1. Have an open mind
An openness to everything in the world, people and actions. I want to be more inquisitive, to challenge old and new ideas, and thoughts. The idea is to keep learning and never tire to change perspective if and when the need arises.
2. Stay healthy
A commitment to eating healthy and nutritious meals, including fruits and vegetables to get the necessary vitamins and minerals to maintain the body and mind.
Workout at least thrice during the week, as part of staying healthy, releasing stress, and keeping fit mentally and physically. Asides working out, at least 20 minutes of long walks daily will complement it all.
4. Guard my energy
Becoming more aware of my energy stored within and guarding it like a treasure. Also, being aware of how easy is it to give it away, and pick up unwanted energy along the way. Less negative vibes and bad talk, more positive auras and intentions.
5. Read a book
Picking from my reading list for the month of April, I will read a new book for the week as well as other forms of reading.
6. Be good to myself
Get more sleep, drink more glasses of water, be kinder to myself and others, and admire my attributes.
7. Dream on
Continue dreaming and keep it alive.
Peace. Love. Light*
