On my interpretation there ...That quote is so true. On my interpretation there are so many actions and steps we take in life that set us up for the disappointments we face later on.<br /><br />About the poem, I love the juxtaposition of the two stanzas. Side by side, its like they contrast. The fading stars (first stanza) but they were never there in the first place.
