I've just come across English Andy Puddicombe and his Head Space site ... which I haven't properly investigated, but spotted his 10 minute TED talk about Meditation ... that was fascinating ...

Books I've been reading Patrick Leigh Fermor - brilliant .. his trilogy - two done and so much to learn about ... and Nicholas Crane's British Landscape - which was very informative too .. but I spent longer with Fermor - fantastic story telling. I look at so many other things ... never ending learning ... cheers HilaryHilary Melton-Butcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17596532480645510678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3901846102742626587.post-47442486138077908502017-02-01T21:54:46.125+00:002017-02-01T21:54:46.125+00:00Love the quote! I listened. I don't do self help books, but I do read scriptures and inspirational talks every morning and evening. Between, I'm constantly reading at least one fiction book, and sometimes a history (for research), or a how-to, or a be-better-at book.
