ReplyDeleteI am trying so hard to do the number 4 (i started on monday 15th) hope I will be able to continue... lol. That number 5 is soo important! in fact, amona do a lot of that and also spend enough time with family!

not really, am a go with the flow kinda woman, that is not to say that i can't plan or won't plan, it just means for the most part I don't plan. I just do what i have to do and keep it moving. I've been reading steadily this year on my 82nd, 83rd & 84th book. Plan to read 100 for the year, oh there you go, i have a plan, hehehe.

That quote is the bomb. I swear my plans are laid out weeks in advance. I would rather "wing it" one week just for kicks and giggles ;-)

@Splendor: How do i get rid of negative emotions?
1. First thing is to actually acknowledge them.
2.Then try to deal with the causes.
3. Thirdly, I keep myself so busy and with positive,confident thoughts that the emotions eventually fade into the background.
