Quote of the day:
An early-morning walk is a blessing for the whole day.
-Henry David Thoreau
Long night has come and
gone
Peeking sunrise over the horizon
Birds singing their morning song
Audibly and in perfect
unison.
Not wanting to be
outdone
Humans take to the streets in a run
Much too early even for some
Hungover from some Jamaican rum.
A bountiful day it appears for
some
For others, a merry-go round to escape from
Alas, the day will soon succumb
As it shrivels to life's beating
drum.
Have a great week ahead!
