I think as you meditate over the years you evolve. Your practice gets deeper, and you reach new levels of inner peace and awareness.
-Jack Canfield
If you ask me i am ready.
Ready to take on the world -one day at a time. But then i stop and look back....all i see is distorted images that try to form into a clearer picture. Buried deep in our memories are actions that resurface like objects in the ocean thrust upon the shore.
Sometimes we stop to pick them up out of curiosity. We hold it in our hands so delicately-and stop for a minute to reminisce past the moment.....
Past the friends we knew then but not any longer.
Past the relationships that made us weak, and others that made us stronger.
Past the events that shaped us
Past the shackles that freed our minds and awakened us.
Past the doubts, and aspirations.
Past the hourglass of life.
All i feel now is silence...
Silence for days yet to come.
Silence for missions yet to be accomplished.
Silence for being silent on days that needed a voice.
Silence for the ugliness of the world and dwelling on the beauty instead.
Silence for having a reason to live-not living for no reason.
Silence for stories yet untold.
