Quote of the day:
There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in.

It was the thirteenth day...
...It was a pitch-dark moonless night
Different from the previous day.
Noises eloped from a shelter
Voices raised in approbation
Silhouettes converged in a dark corner.
A single light formed through a crack in the door
A pair of tiny eyes watched in awe
A dozen robed figures each with a long claw.
With a scream little legs ran into the darkness
Something had felt terribly wrong
A tiny heart longed for the next day's brightness.
On the fourteenth day...
The same pair of tiny eyes gazed in wonderment
A dozen suns arising in perfect display.
