Quote of the day:
Everybody's damaged by something.
-Emma Donoghue
A swift glance.
Along the river
lines.
Chopping trees to make logs.
The door to our hearts need new
signs.
To withstand the forces of life.
And if tears fill oceans or a
flume.
A crucifixion along the river lines.
Like laughter in an empty
room.
A slight touch.
Above the face
lines.
Caressing skin to evoke emotions.
Like love that
redefines.

Enchanting verse with an interesting mis of emotion. Cruxifiction of course makes one think of the worst pain possible, but it also tells a story of love that redefines too. I do think that the doors of our hearts need new signs, often.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful poem! Thanks for sharing!
