Three Things To Inspire Your Weekend #46

Quote of the day:
Let my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts. -Paramahansa Yogananda

They grew up depending on each other, and in 2008, at 10 years old they were coincidentally adopted by two different families in Gilbert, Arizona -who lived just 2 miles apart.

  1. Lovely post dear! Have a great weekend! xx

  2. Great pictures for our weekend.

  3. Hello, wonderful quotes and images. It is great the two orphans were able to grow up together and remain friends. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!

  4. Things we take to be coincidence may sometimes be preordained. We will never know. But it could be so. I like think so. The idea of it gives me hope.

  5. Enjoyed the post, especially about the boys!

  6. These are indeed inspiring. Thank you. I love the quote. I read "Autobiography of a Yogi" several years ago. Yesterday I watched "The Life of Yogananda" on Netflix. When I can I visit the Center for Self Realization, a beautiful place near San Diego, founded by Yogananda. Now, I read the quote you selected. Coincidence? Or is there something in my life I need to focus on?

  7. Glad, I found U again, Mr. B ... have a guuud w/e ... Love, cat.

  8. Kevin and Afonso, well I'll be darned. At least they had each other to rely on and the creature makes this blog post all worth while!

  9. 'Let my soul smile through my heart and my heart smile through my eyes, that I may scatter rich smiles in sad hearts.'
Lovely quote, and so good to read about the boys.

    Enjoy your weekend

    All the best Jan
