We need a Resolution!

Christmas eve's at work-Still trying to come to grips with the fact that tomorrow's Christmas.

So the new year's almost around the corner-and for those of you that make resolutions this is the very time to do such.

But lets be as honest as possible, you and i know that people don't stick to their new year resolutions that much before another year emerges.

The thing is, bad habits die hard. And come Jan 1st all things can't just go away by mere thinking about it.
It'll take a lot of hard work not to do the things you used to do again -like eating too much chocolates or icecream, or trying to lose weight or be a better person in the new year.
Yea yea we heard all that before.

So the basic rule of a resoultion is to be realistic. I repeat -be realistic.

Somebody once said "The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement." Make room in your life for improvement. And if you think you are already very good, look closely. You might still want to tweak a few things to make you and people around you feel better.

That said, i'll leave you guys with some self improvement/confidence quotations...

1. Brian G. Jett: You can determine how confident people are by listening to what they don't say about themselves.
2. Frank Lloyd Wright: Youth is a circumstance you can't do anything about. The trick is to grow up without getting old.
3. Zig Ziglar: You cannot consistently perform in a manner which is inconsistent with the way you see yourself.
4. Epictetus: Whoever does not regard what he has as most amply wealth, is unhappy, though he be master of the world.
5. Charles Schwab: The man who trims himself to suit everybody will soon whittle himself away.
6. Napoleon Hill: The world has the habit of making room for the man whose words and actions show that he knows where he is going.

That last quote will definitely get you thinking all the time...no doubt.
So from blogoratti it's Merry Christmas y'all.
