Each day.
Long before the sun makes it's appearance.

I arise.
I sit in silence.

I Inhale.
I Exhale.

A Slow intake of air through the nose
Followed by a gust of wind through the mouth

I tap into the energy.
Floating about in the universe.

It's there in abundance.
But not so many are even aware.

    I start my day in perfect solitude also. I am definitely not one to have the music blasting. An ideal morning starts with me communicating with my Lord.
