A 12 yr old boy in Salt Lake City, U.S, Mathew Flores (pictured above with his sister), who loves reading but couldn't afford to buy books or pay to go to the library, approached his local mail man, Ron Lynch, to ask for any junk mail he could read. According to Lynch, "He told me his wish is to have books to read. I told him the library had many, but he said they don't have a car, and couldn't afford the bus." Lynch then asked his friends on Facebook if they could spare some books. The request went viral, and people from around the world have sent books to the 12yr old.
