Quote of the day:
Live your truth. Express your love. Share your enthusiasm. Take action towards your dreams. Walk your talk. Dance and sing to your music. Embrace your blessings. Make today worth remembering.
-Steve Maraboli
The transition from one season to the next, of Summer to Autumn, is an inevitable change. I like this month that we are in. Its got its uniqueness. Just like all the other months. But it has duly run its course, like runners completing a marathon. But yet it must now make room for a new month...October. In life there are things we can't change, the weather, the passage of time and calendar months for instance, but yet we must continue living and existing. Life stays interesting still.
Below I have outlined some of the things that I have planned for the coming week.
1. Give more to help others in need.
2. Meditate and reflect daily.
3. Embrace change and starts things over where necessary.
4. Go over my long term plans and finances.
5. Buy myself a gift.
6. Do more cooking, and get more rest.
7. Be kind to everyone I meet.
8. Read a new book.
9. Continue dreaming big.
As always, those are my major plans out of many. Its good to structure it in such a way as to be easily feasible. Have you made any plans for the week? Have a joyous week and happy new month ahead!

September and October are often very nice months in my part of the world, with plenty of sun during the day, but cold enough in the mornings and evenings for me to start wearing coat, scarf and gloves.
ReplyDeletePlans for the week revolve (as usual) mostly around work, but there will be two sessions at the gym, two nights when I'll be looking after my friends' cats, one home office day that will see me at the hairdresser's in the morning and at my parents' for lunch, and Saturday/Sunday spent with my boyfriend, the Sunday being a working day for us because we'll be presenting his wines at a small trade show (he has a small wine agency).
Have a nice week ahead... Those are nice goals
