Quote of the day:
The most intriguing people you will encounter in this life are the people who had insights about you, that you didn't know about yourself.

B.B.King, the Mississippi guitarist who indelibly influenced rock and blues music and who inspired a host of musicians including Eric Clapton, has passed on aged 89.

A stacked paperback wallpaper to inspire your home...as seen on Buzzfeed

Google's self driving cars are confirmed to hit the roads near its California headquarters this summer, travelling at 25 miles per hour, while helping in learning how the community perceives and interacts with the vehicles, and to uncovering challenges that are unique to a fully self-driving vehicle.

Have a wonderful weekend folks, do something different!

  6. BB was great! My favorite album is "Live at the Regal" He was young and in top form. He did inspire many others like Clapton and Mike Bloomfield. He made it to 89. That's a good run.

B.B. King was great. And it's wonderful that he lived such a long life. May he rest in peace!

  10. I would be curious about the self driving cars; have lived in California and maneuvered the freeways, I would be really wondering how they could manage rush hour traffic.

  12. BB King, what a legend. He was performing and inspiring others for 70 years which is some feat. Also curious about the self-driving car. Google Maps doesn't always work too well for me when I'm trying to navigate in a normal car, so I hope it doesn't get lost!
