Quote of the day:
In ordinary life we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give, and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich.
-Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Life is short. These are three words that magnify our mortality-a silent reminder of nothing lasting forever...of silent moments of uncertainty and vagueness in our everyday lives. But the question to ask ourselves is this; if life is truly short as people say-then what are we doing to live and not just exist?

Shouldn't we be more worried that life isn't some video game where extra life exists, but in reality it's just one life -one you are gone there's no coming back. There's no reset button, or cheat, and certainly no rewind button.

In conclusion, it can be said that there is really no way to live, no life manual to read on how to live life and be happy. But I have learned that giving and helping is a sure way to be happy. It can be something simple as giving your time to your passion or to a cause, or making donations to help charities, or gardening, or baking, or cooking, or blogging -and a million and one other things.

Whenever you give your time to something positive, you find inner happiness always. And you get so much more in return.

In the end, life's short -yes, but do as much as you can to make it worthwhile.
